In a remarkable display of compassion and partnership, Ebenezer Oromo Evangelical Church of Minnesota, in collaboration with Ekklesia Oromia, has provided sheep, hens, and cash assistance to 10 families in the Limu area of EastWollega,Oromia.
These families are caring for children with disabilities and face significant economic challenges.
This initiative is designed as a sustainable support program that enables families to generate ongoing income and better meet the needs of their children. By providing livestock and financial assistance, the project empowers families to build long-term livelihoods while ensuring continuous care and support for their children.
The program reflects a shared commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable families and promoting dignity, self-reliance, and hope within the community.
